White Lotus Bridgewater: Authentic Thai & Vietnamese Cuisine in Nova Scotia

I spent 5 months in southeast asia. Much of that was Thailand. This is hands down the most authentic Thai and vietnamese food I've had in Nova Scotia. I was so excited to have a Thai/viet restaurant on the south shore, I ordered enough food for a week. I had: Red curry Massaman Curry chicken cashew chicken pho with beef broth Everything tasted how it should but the pho broth was SO good I didn't even add siraccha or hoisin. It was very flavourful. Delicious food aside, the service was great and the atmosphere is nicer than anything I've seen in bridgewater.

My husband and I were so impressed with the food!! It was absolutely delicious, great atmosphere. The service was amazing as well. I got the Basil Fried Rice With Shrimp (Khao Pad Klook)

Great Experience at White Lotus, Bridgewater Me and my wife dined in at White Lotus today and really enjoyed the experience. The ambience was warm and welcoming, and the service was fast. Our waitress was friendly and made sure we got our menus and water on time. We did notice that there was no one at the door to welcome or seat us, but once we were at the table, everything went smoothly. We ordered Chicken Pad Thai, which was really good, and the Coconut Chicken soup was yummy yummy — definitely our favourite dish of the day! The Chicken Fried Rice was average compared to the other items, but still decent. Overall, we loved the atmosphere, the food, and the friendly service.

I actually can't remember which dishes we had, but once I figure it out I will update the review. The space was beautiful. Dishes lovely. Wait staff pleasant. It definitely takes some time to get your food. It's definitely fresh! My Mum had her's before I did, which I thought was odd but it was definitely worth the wait. It was delicious. It would be nice if they came together. The only "critique" is to perhaps update Google,and social media accounts that they close from 2:30-4:00pm for staff breaks, and cleaning. It is on the website, but almost in fine print. Some people were still arriving after 2:30. Over all, it was a lovely experience and I will certainly be back for the Pho.

I absolutely loved this place. The décor is beautifully done — warm, tasteful, and inviting. The atmosphere feels cozy the moment you walk in. The service was impeccable as well; our server was incredibly attentive and kind. The food was incredible! I always order Pad Thai the first time I visit a Thai restaurant, and this one truly surprised me. It was an authentic Pad Thai, exactly as I remember it from my trip to Thailand. I’ll happily be coming back to keep trying more dishes from their menu — everything looked delicious! They offer a great variety of options. Highly recommend!

You guys need to open one in Halifax ! The best papaya salad I ever had in Canada, authentic and the price is so nice . We will be definitely back when we visit south shore ！

What a gem, and how lucky Bridgewater is !!! Cozy environment, great service and spectacular food! I’ve travelled to Vietnam and Thailand multiple times… and the flavours at white lotus really reminded of all the delicious food I had there!!! You MUST come here !!!
